Pureface facilitates a no questions asked return policy to its customers for a full refund. Please note that only unopened and unused products will be eligible for return. All return charges are borne by the customer. Customers can notify us through email or WhatsApp within 7 days of the receipt of the order
- Return policy does not apply to perfumes and fragrances.
In case of order return;
- The item must include all the packaging along with accessories including warranty cards, manuals, certificates of authenticity, tags etc.
- Payment will be refunded after receipt and verification of the product.
- Item will not be returned if it is damaged in any way e.g., expired, broken etc
- Please use registered postal service to avoid any damage in transit.
